Leading the Locana People and Culture Team, Heather works to elevate employee relations to draw and retain the best long-term talent possible. She has more than 20 years of leadership and human resources experience, has founded a thriving consulting firm, and has consulted with a variety of global companies. She has found that company culture, leadership, recognition, training, and development are cornerstones to retaining outstanding team members, which creates a client experience that cultivates unparalleled loyalty. As a result, her driving passion is creating work environments that foster a positive, team-focused culture. She is dual certified in HR through HRCI and SHRM and holds a Master’s in Human Resources. When she’s not working, she can often be found exploring the great Hawaiian outdoors with her two huskies.

Tom spent past 7 years at SAP in their BTP Global Center of Excellence serving as the Global Spatial Evangelist and thought leader for SAP HANA and Esri ArcGIS integration. He developed prototypes of SAP BTP and ArcGIS Enterprise integration as well as led ArcGIS on HANA Cloud geodatabase certification efforts working with both Esri and SAP engineering. While being heavily involved in the Esri and SAP strategic relationship, he was also a representative on the Esri CTO Council. Tom previously worked for Locana.
