Lemur One™ Connects Mobile Work Management to ArcGIS®

December 4, 2018 – Locana is pleased to announce immediate availability of Lemur One, an extension to the Lemur Platform product line. Lemur One simplifies procurement and delivery of Lemur by allowing customers to make a single purchase of Lemur One without any requirement for separate Esri licensing.

Locana’s Lemur Platform improves the accuracy, efficiency and safety of construction, maintenance and inspection workers in utilities, public works, transportation, and Oil and Gas. With reliable, intuitive, offline access to GIS information in the field connected directly to their mobile work management app, crews find the information they need quickly and ensure work is performed on the correct assets.

“We are pleased to partner with Locana to deliver this configurable solution for connecting our world-class ArcGIS platform to world-class work management solutions. Locana continues to extend the value of ArcGIS by deploying integrations to thousands of new users in an organization,” said Matt Piper, Esri® Director Industry Solutions, Utilities.

Lemur One is available in three editions: Lemur One, Lemur One Cloud and Lemur One S.  Each edition supports customers at different stages of adoption of Esri’s Web GIS architecture and helps organizations adopt Esri ArcGIS as a System of Engagement for hundreds to thousands of field work crews.

  • Lemur One: Appropriate for on-premises deployments with any customer, providing all licensing required including GIS server, administration and mobile capabilities.
  • Lemur One Cloud: Appropriate for cloud deployments with any customer, providing cloud-based storage and services, administration and mobile capabilities.
  • Lemur One S: Appropriate for customers with existing full-use ArcGIS licensing for ArcGIS® Enterprise/Server.

“With Lemur One, we make it very easy for customers without an Esri GIS system to get the benefits of an Esri-based, centrally-administered offline GIS tool connected directly to their work management apps. Lemur provides fast access to GIS, a map-based view of work orders, and excellent usability for non-GIS field workers,” said Ty van den Akker, Locana Vice President of Product Strategy. Lemur One helps organizations adopt Esri’s ArcGIS platform as a system of engagement.
